He was going to adjust for the action scenes according to the script, but he was asked to act more actively. And he stabbed BYJ’s finger momentarily after the filming started. It wasn’t a real sword, but the blood from BYJ’s finger dropped because he concentrated so much on his acting role.
“I was terribly sorry for him and it was really hard for me to put into words because I hurt a star, whose status is a national treasure which can’t be compared to my status, even though he is the same age as me and a colleague as an actor. I hoped I was stabbed instead by BYJ’s sword. If his Japanese fans had known about this, then they might not have let it go.
