Where is Yonsama?
Bae Yong Joon (38) will produce and act on KBS2's "Dream High," which will air in January of next year. But he didn't show up at the production sites, so it is arousing curiosity.
Bae Yong Joon stays indoors. He is neither at the script readings or the shooting sites. So the cast, including Kim Soo Hyun, Taec Yeon, Suzy and Ji Yeon, hasn't met him yet.
Staff for the "Dream High" production team say, "He didn't show up at the script readings because it's at the beginning stages. It seems like he might show up when the filming process is in full scale." He also said, "Bae Yong Joon will be appearing as a guest star even though he plays a key role in the drama. I think he feels burdened by the attention that he might get, when it should be directed to the main cast members."
Bae Yong Joon will be appearing as Jeong Ha Myung, a veiled chairman of the Board of Kirin Art School, for the first time in 4 years since MBC's "TWSSG." Jeong Ha Myung is a legendary figure who could recognize, at the glance of an eye, an outstanding individual who has the ability to become a top star. There are always rumors that "anybody who is scouted by him will be a star."
Bae Yong Joon will appear in the first episode. He will change the way of selecting new students to audition and get the spotlight. The same staff said, "His character is short but notable. His acting will reverse and create fun in drama."
